About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead data organization for major downtime anomalies and implement corrective actions using 4D/8D standards
- Drive equipment improvement and innovation projects within the assigned area
- Manage spare parts and establish/update equipment operating specifications
- Output technical reports and conduct monthly technical training sessions
- Assist supervisors in identifying equipment safety risks and auditing production line 5S/standardization
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding equipment issues and improvement directions
- Manage area-specific technical projects, including solution design and process management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automation, or a related field
- Proven experience in equipment engineering, design, or maintenance
- Proficiency in electrical or mechanical maintenance, mechanical design, circuit design, or programming
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management or budget management experience
- Experience in solar module, wafer, or glass manufacturing
- Experience working in cleanroom environments
- Green Belt certification
