Equipment Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for dry etching production equipment used in SAW/BAW filter manufacturing
• Manage maintenance spare parts and inventory to ensure efficient operations
• Implement equipment improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
• Drive cost reduction through the efficient management of maintenance parts and materials
• Develop standard operating procedures and maintenance management plans to ensure stable equipment operation and resolve chronic issues

Requirements

• Experience in the maintenance and improvement of dry etching process production equipment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with related departments and equipment manufacturers
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous improvement and professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, process technology, or production technology
• Experience as a field engineer for semiconductor production equipment
• English language proficiency (conversational level or higher) for business communication
