About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analyses by collecting data and reviewing operational trends to support equipment reliability.
- Support the installation, modification, and qualification of manufacturing equipment in alignment with engineering standards.
- Execute maintenance, repair, and technical adjustments on complex manufacturing equipment.
- Contribute to troubleshooting efforts and collaborate on the development of corrective actions and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, change records, and technical instructions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in equipment testing, calibration, and verification activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Familiarity with CAD tools, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP quality management systems and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR).

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and technical reasoning abilities.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail regarding documentation and data analysis.
