Equipment Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch heavy equipment and assets to appropriate locations
• Prepare daily work and run schedules
• Ensure DOT and fleet safety regulatory compliance
• Oversee communications between leadership and work crews
• Collaborate with the heavy shop for necessary repairs to restore service

Requirements

• 5+ years of dispatch experience with heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier Rule & Regulations
• Knowledge of state regulations regarding height and weight maximums
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of winch operations, hazmat transport, and placarding
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, gas, and diesel heavy machinery
