Equipment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to new and existing customers
• Drive workshop equipment sales and perform customer follow-ups
• Conduct workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
• Provide after-sales equipment training to customers

Requirements

• Mechanical or automotive knowledge (ideal for mechanics or tyre fitters looking to transition)
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical manners
• Strong relationship-building skills and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities efficiently
