About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to new and existing customers
- Drive workshop equipment sales and perform customer follow-ups
- Conduct workshop equipment demonstrations and installations
- Provide after-sales equipment training to customers
Requirements
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge (ideal for mechanics or tyre fitters looking to transition)
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical manners
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-focused mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities efficiently
