Equipier commercial - Préparateur de commandes

Responsibilities

• Receive or take customer orders via email, fax, telephone, or internet
• Prepare customer orders including picking products from shelves, packaging, and labeling for delivery
• Manage customer relations by providing information and advice, and calling regarding missing products
• Enter products and quantities into the software for invoicing
• Control necessary documents and elements for billing

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of products
• Commercial mindset and good interpersonal skills
• CACES certification is a plus
