About the role
Responsibilities
- Fill shelves and verify prices
- Act as the primary point of contact and information for customers
- Recommend products to customers to increase sales
- Inform customers of special offers and promotions to build loyalty
- Collect customer feedback and report to the Manager
- Maintain multi-skill proficiency across different product departments
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of products
- Commercial mindset and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- CACES certification is a plus
