Equipier Commercial

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact and information for professional clients
• Manage checkout processes and professional equipment sales
• Use IT tools for creating client cards and conducting client phone calls
• Recommend products to clients to increase sales
• Inform clients about special offers and promotions to build loyalty
• Collect client feedback and report to the Manager
• Restock shelves and verify pricing
