EPU Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the safety of people, goods, and the environment by applying company safety rules and improving EHS practices
• Manage production teams and oversee daily manufacturing activities
• Deliver production that meets quality, deadline, and manufacturing cost objectives
• Define and implement progress plans to improve operational (Q, C, D) and managerial results
• Continue the implementation of the production system (APSYS)
• Ensure team versatility and skills adequacy through regular updates of the skills matrix
• Develop autonomous production teams by enhancing individual and collective skills
• Represent management to staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in a similar position within an industrial company
• Demonstrated experience in team management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in both French and English
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards
