EPS Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist EPS Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining corrective actions
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on EPS machines and auxiliary equipment
• Operate EPS machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure product specifications are met
• Conduct visual inspections of production to identify defects based on established standards
• Monitor products for quality issues and achieve established daily performance targets
• Identify training and development needs through regular observation and conversation
• Assist in the development and updating of EPS training manuals
• Ensure materials are delivered to required machines in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Strong understanding of complex equipment and system integration
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Strong troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform occasional international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technician experience
