EPS/Spray Line Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain automatic coating, printing, and packaging machinery for saw blades
• Perform requisite quality checks and take appropriate action based on results
• Select work according to priority and move between various workstations as needed
• Report production data, faulty equipment, or material issues to supervision
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and perform required daily, weekly, and monthly TPM
• Communicate problems and solutions to coworkers and other shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use numbers including decimals
• Ability to perform light physical effort, including lifting, pushing, or pulling 5 to 25 pounds
