Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operational excellence strategy for the organization
- Identify and prioritize areas for operational improvement and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in driving change management and process improvement
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) background
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and understand complex operational processes
- Strong business acumen and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
