EPS Line Lead Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor operators, identifying development needs through regular observation
• Assist management with performance reviews for Operators, Technicians, and Leads
• Support the development and updating of training manuals
• Perform visual inspections of production to identify defects based on established standards
• Monitor products for quality issues to ensure high standards are maintained
• Achieve established daily performance targets
• Ensure materials are delivered to required machines in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a Production Lead role
• Proven experience in mentoring or coaching operators
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, machine capabilities, and process improvements
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate complex equipment and system integration problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis
