EPS Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Train operators and identify development needs through regular observation and conversation
• Assist the Manager with reviewing performance for Operators, Techs, and Leads
• Support the development and updating of training manuals
• Perform visual inspections of production to identify defects based on established standards
• Monitor products for quality issues to ensure high standards are maintained
• Achieve established daily performance targets
• Ensure materials are delivered to required machines in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a Production Lead role
• Proven experience in mentoring and/or coaching operators
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis
