EPM Systems Lead (OneStream)

Responsibilities

• Act as the OneStream technical expert and primary contact for application configuration and optimization
• Lead technical initiatives for new module rollouts, including Cash, Consolidation, and ESG
• Develop and maintain key components such as business rules, workflows, data integrations, dashboards, and custom reports
• Manage system integrations with ERPs and other financial systems, ensuring data quality through robust ETL processes
• Support monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to ensure process reliability
• Translate functional requirements into scalable OneStream configurations
• Provide level 2 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing user documentation
• Collaborate with integration partners and functional leads to enhance internal technical knowledge

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working with OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Tagetik)
• Strong programming skills in VB.NET and SQL, including experience with scripting and automation
• Deep understanding of multidimensional data models, cube structures, and hierarchies
• Practical experience with ETL processes and API-based data exchanges
• Strong IT background with the ability to bridge finance business processes and technical solutions
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
