EPM Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead EPM engagements from scoping and solution architecture through delivery, go-live, and value realization
• Manage and grow a team of consultants and analysts by mentoring and reviewing delivery quality
• Own senior-level client relationships, managing expectations, scope, risk, and trust
• Shape solution design decisions to ensure engagements deliver measurable business value
• Contribute to practice growth through the development of methods, accelerators, and pre-sales support

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in EPM or financial systems delivery
• Hands-on experience with enterprise EPM platforms (e.g., SAP SAC Planning, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan)
• Strong finance domain expertise in planning, consolidation, and reporting at enterprise scale
• Proven leadership experience in a consulting or implementation environment
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage finance leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-platform EPM exposure
• Experience delivering projects within the GCC/MENA regions
• Proficiency in Arabic
