EPM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and planning requirements across sales, finance, and revenue operations
• Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering to document functional specifications
• Contribute to the delivery of planning initiatives, including territory design, quota planning, incentive compensation, and forecasting
• Participate in design workshops, solution demonstrations, and testing phases
• Support UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities to ensure successful client adoption
• Develop and maintain client-facing documentation such as process flows, training guides, and presentations
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to both clients and internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum or similar delivery methodologies
• General familiarity with sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP, or Oracle
• Prior experience supporting EPM, RevOps, or sales performance management initiatives in a consulting environment
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and global clients
• Relevant certifications in project management or enterprise planning platforms
