Epic Research & Genomics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support overall project goals by implementing end-to-end Epic builds
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings to resolve break-fix tickets
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process improvement and optimization
• Perform system maintenance and work command center shifts during go-live periods
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

• Current Epic certification in the primary assigned application
• 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics
• 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, healthcare, or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel approximately 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or clinic operations
• Additional Epic Certifications
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
