Epic Beaker Analyst - Lead

Responsibilities

• Instruct, direct, and quality check the work of business systems and applications analysts
• Analyze business and user needs to design application configuration and procedures that solve complex problems
• Document requirements and create detailed systems flow diagrams
• Design new application configuration and code to meet evolving business requirements
• Act as a team leader for projects, managing moderate budgets and mentoring junior analysts
• Evaluate the business implications of new technology on the current and future environment

Requirements

• Epic Beaker certification
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant certification in healthcare or information systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within an application team
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role
• Expertise in business process mapping and software development methodologies
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and coordinate team efforts
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
