Epic Application Analyst - Professional Billing

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and improve business systems within the Epic Professional Billing platform to support revenue cycle workflows
• Act as a primary support contact for revenue cycle end-users to identify and resolve application issues
• Perform impact analysis for requested changes, build system updates, and conduct testing
• Develop new processes and technical documentation in partnership with leadership and business teams
• Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to ensure system changes align with business needs
• Provide end-user production support and troubleshoot technical problems via issue tracking systems
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflows through technology improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in technology configuration, application analysis, or project delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Professional Billing
• Experience configuring business systems software within the life sciences or healthcare industry
