EPC Product Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global support ecosystem for EPC products within Digital Delivery Services
• Lead, plan, and direct all activities related to Product Delivery and Technical Operations
• Manage hierarchical level 3 support teams and globally distributed level 2 support teams
• Monitor and manage performance KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the EPC domain
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for key issues and decisions
• Manage change management processes during product releases and deployments
• Oversee product upgrades, patch management, and strategic impact analysis
• Drive knowledge management and competency upskilling programs within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in Service or Product delivery operations
• 2+ years of experience in a management role
• Proven expertise in IT product development and operations
• Strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hexagon SmartPlant (SP3D, SPI, SPPID)
• Experience with AVEVA (E3D, Diagrams, Engineering)
