EP Mapping Clinical Specialist III

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab staff, and sales representatives.
• Support the effective and safe use of the Boston Scientific Mapping System and FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation System during case procedures.
• Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of EP diagnostic and ablation technologies, including mapping and recording systems.
• Educate customers on product merits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Travel to hospital accounts to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how company products achieve patient care goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and administrators.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions.
• Assist in managing clinical trial activity and educating investigators on protocols and investigational products.
• Provide timely updates on patient clinic support and client meetings to facilitate team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or healthcare diploma (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience, OR 10+ years in medical device sales, clinical electrophysiology, or equivalent.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex technical product information.
• Ability to travel throughout Western Canada.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for travel to hospital sites within the home territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.
• Professional work experience in Atrial Fibrillation, Cardiac Mapping, or Structural Heart procedures.
• Existing hands-on usage of 3D cardiac mapping systems.
