EP Mapping Clinical Specialist III

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, EP Lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective use of Boston Scientific Mapping Systems.
• Attend procedures in cardiac CV/EP labs to offer real-time clinical support for AF Solutions products.
• Educate customers on product merits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify clinical needs and goals of existing and potential customers through regular field travel.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospital personnel, including physicians and administrators.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions.
• Assist in managing clinical trial activity within the assigned territory and educate investigators on protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of 3D cardiac mapping system experience OR a minimum of 10 years in medical device sales or clinical electrophysiology.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex technical product information.

Preferred Qualifications

• NASPE/IBHRE CEPS certification.
• Professional experience in Atrial Fibrillation, Cardiac Mapping, or Structural Heart procedures.
• Existing proficiency with 3D cardiac mapping systems.
• Master's or advanced degree in business or healthcare.
