EOP Summer Instructors

Responsibilities

• Implement instructional activities that engage students in meaningful learning experiences within a positive environment
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds and learning styles
• Assess curricular needs and communicate effectively with students and professionals to offer plans for improvement
• Administer regular tests and post-tests to monitor student growth and achievement
• Maintain efficient record-keeping procedures, including daily attendance reporting
• Develop and distribute course syllabi to students on the first day of class
• Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss student progress and program goals
• Model professional and ethical standards when interacting with students, peers, and the community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Successful prior teaching experience
