EOL Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed final inspections using standardized tools, gauges, and visual criteria
• Conduct front and rear product reviews using approved setups
• Stamp approved products with unique inspector ID for traceability
• Document findings accurately in digital or paper systems
• Identify and communicate defects to operations for immediate correction
• Prevent the release of nonconforming products to customers
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate quality standards and EOL guidelines
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Maintenance, and Quality teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or Quality Technician within the company
• Ability to pass written and practical skills tests
• Strong visual acuity and ability to work under high-intensity lighting
• Proven ability to make independent final-quality decisions
• No disciplinary actions or attendance issues within the past 60 days
• Written endorsement from direct Supervisor and Quality Manager
• High sense of accountability and integrity
