Environmental Works Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Draft specifications and requisitions for various works, including drilling, cleaning, pumping, and assembly.
• Manage and coordinate technical and financial reception of works.
• Organize and coordinate regulatory inspections on retention basins and tank cleaning/emptying operations.
• Coordinate unplanned works such as soil decontamination and spreading management.
• Manage hydrocarbon drum inventory, including identification, integrity checks, and database updates.
• Plan and coordinate the removal of drums with internal teams and external service providers.
• Oversee sampling, labeling (ADR, hazardous waste), and documentation for chemical analysis.
• Manage the logistics and documentation for waste shipment to specialized treatment facilities.
• Participate in transverse projects related to waste management, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in multi-trade project management within industrial or petrochemical environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and HSE procedures.
• Proven ability in technical writing and drafting specifications.
• Rigorous analytical skills and a strong sense of service.
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders.
