Environmental Technician

Responsibilities

• Analyze and control monitoring information for Integrated Environmental Authorizations (AAI)
• Review environmental inspection reports within the AAI framework
• Analyze and validate Environmental Surveillance Plans and Self-Control Programs
• Prepare initial diagnostic reports for AAI files
• Draft periodic monitoring and environmental compliance evaluation reports
• Prepare specific or extraordinary technical reports related to AAI files
• Interpret and apply current environmental regulations
• Collaborate with administrations, clients, and technical teams

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Physics, or Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mining, Agronomic, Civil)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Integrated Environmental Authorizations (AAI)
• Experience preparing basic AAI application projects and environmental monitoring reports
• Knowledge of applicable environmental legislation and administrative procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in environmental monitoring of industrial facilities
• Knowledge of state and regional environmental regulations
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and regulations
• Experience writing technical reports for public administrations
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
