Environmental Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform soil drilling manually or using Geoprobe machines
• Conduct core sampling of hardened coatings like concrete and asphalt
• Collect samples during field investigations for soil, groundwater, and air
• Perform permeability tests
• Maintain and monitor equipment
• Communicate field information to project managers
• Apply hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental procedures on-site
• Support other departments such as air, asbestos, and noise as needed

Requirements

• Valid Category B driver's license (Category C is a plus)
• Strong interest in the environment
• Perfect mastery of spoken and written French
• Flexibility and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Sense of responsibility and innovative mindset
