About the role
Responsibilities
- Consolidate, treat, store, pack, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste
- Perform industrial cleaning, pressure washing, wastewater treatment, and spill response
- Complete required documentation accurately and in accordance with regulations
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with hazardous materials
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to operate equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled environments
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment including respirators and Tyvek coveralls
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Basic computer skills for web-based training
- Ability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends
