Environmental & Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to environmental and sustainability strategies for high-quality infrastructure and masterplan projects
• Provide technical guidance to project teams during planning, design, tendering, and construction supervision
• Develop technical reports and studies for sustainability certification and environmental documentation
• Prepare RFPs to appoint sub-consultants and manage their performance and deliverables
• Prepare and submit permit and license applications while coordinating with authorities for approvals
• Prepare community operational solid waste management plans
• Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries to ensure project compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related natural sciences field
• 5+ years of experience in international engineering design, project management, or sustainability consultancy
• LEED GA/AP or an equivalent sustainability credential
• Strong analytical skills for assessing sub-consultants and project data
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors
• Deep understanding of global sustainability consultancy practices and bespoke project delivery
