About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead annual environmental planning and goals
- Execute and continuously improve sustainability strategies
- Manage accurate and transparent ESG reports
- Ensure alignment with recognized global frameworks
- Oversee environmental education programs
- Manage day-to-day Glow On Gallery operations
- Drive public advocacy for sustainable living
- Build strong internal and external relationships with partners, volunteers, and community groups
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- Experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental projects
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRI or CDP
- Knowledge of Singapore sustainability initiatives (e.g. BCA Green Mark, PUB, NEA)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
