Environmental Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise ecology and environmental management processes across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage environmental operations with a focus on results and efficiency.
• Coordinate activities across different sites to maintain consistent environmental management.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Full mobility and availability to travel between Mexicali, Tijuana, and Ensenada.
• Strong soft skills including adaptability, responsibility, self-direction, and the ability to work under pressure.
