Environmental Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships within Federal, commercial, and private sector markets
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and capture planning
• Manage environmental, engineering, remediation, demolition, and construction-related projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to support regional growth
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with subcontractors and consultants
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and regional expertise to project teams
• Ensure project schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are achieved

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental construction or remediation
• Strong knowledge of Federal agencies (USACE, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force)
• Experience managing projects and client relationships in the Pacific/Western Region
• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Construction Management
• Master's degree
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of business development and proposal experience
• Professional certifications such as PE, PG, PMP, or QSP
