Environmental Social Governance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and calendar management for ESG tasks, meetings, and workstreams
• Conduct internal and external research on ESG topics to assist with stakeholder engagement, reporting, and benchmarking
• Assist with environmental data collection and maintain accuracy in GHG credit accounting practices
• Support the rollout of the Environmental Framework and cross-departmental task force efforts
• Develop branded ESG presentation templates and visually compelling materials for leadership audiences
• Contribute to global and local environmental reporting and C-Suite ESG presentations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Supply Chain, Communications, and People Inclusion & Culture

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate sustainability
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Policy, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Data Analytics
• Knowledge of ESG regulations (e.g., SEC Climate Disclosure, CSRD, California SB 253/261)
• Experience with ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD
• Strong analytical background with comfort working with complex, data-oriented products
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for planning and execution
