Environmental Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional campus environment through various custodial tasks
• Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and restroom maintenance
• Ensure proper disposal of trash and waste
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively according to instructions
• Recognize and report maintenance or cleanliness problems to the supervisor immediately
• Work efficiently and independently without close supervision
• Maintain a professional and courteous image when interacting with students, faculty, and staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 40 pounds or less
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to move freely throughout the campus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services
