Environmental Services Associate I

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident apartments and common areas through housekeeping and laundry services
• Dust, polish furniture, and disinfect countertops, sinks, and bathrooms
• Mop floors, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins
• Refill paper products and soap dispensers
• Perform laundry duties including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, and folding resident clothing and linens
• Deliver clean personal items to appropriate residents
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and operational schedules

Requirements

• 3–6 months of experience in housekeeping and/or laundry procedures
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow checklists and work within a scheduled environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a medical or senior living facility
