About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean public areas and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Perform housekeeping duties such as changing beds and replenishing supplies
- Execute laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and distributing linens
- Maintain utility and storage rooms in a clean and orderly condition
- Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
- Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas
- Report resident issues or potentially unsafe conditions to the Supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in dusting, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ability to mop, vacuum, and clean various floor types
- Proficiency in refilling paper products and soap dispensers
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
