Environmental Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, and furniture
• Perform housekeeping duties such as changing beds, dusting, polishing metalwork, and washing walls
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
• Maintain laundry areas and keep utility/storage rooms orderly
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
• Stock cleaning carts and empty wastebaskets
• Transport trash and waste to disposal areas
• Report resident health changes or maintenance issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to engage thoughtfully with residents during transitions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Adherence to dress code and professional appearance
• Observance of safety and security procedures
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
