Environmental Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and support air and GHG emissions reporting for corporate, state, and federal programs including CARB and EPA
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and reconciliation of operational activity data for emissions calculations
• Prepare required reports, emissions inventories, and supporting documentation for regulatory submittals
• Maintain and support digital tools and databases such as Cority EMS and Locus, including data quality checks and configuration updates
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for emissions reporting workflows and calculation methodologies
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with environmental standards
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting activities using dashboards and low-code solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3-8 years of experience in environmental reporting and compliance (air, GHG, or multi-media) within oil & gas or similar industrial sectors
• Working knowledge of CARB, EPA, and local California air district regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Visio
• Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing complex environmental datasets
• Ability to work an afternoon schedule to align with Pacific Time Zone business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cority EMS, Sphera, or similar environmental management systems
• Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization and dashboarding tools
• Experience with GHG Accounting Protocol and OEDRS Air-GHG metrics reporting
