Environmental Permitting – Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Implement complex environmental developmental projects, including environmental permitting and program management for carbon capture and battery storage.
• Manage air and water permitting activities, including regulatory analysis, emission evaluation, and air dispersion modeling.
• Lead activities related to compliance with the federal NEPA process.
• Advise Operations, Engineering, Origination, Legal, and other stakeholders on environmental requirements and regulatory changes.
• Advise corporate outreach personnel on Environmental Justice and public participation requirements.
• Review wetland, species, and other site evaluation reports.
• Partner with functional roles to drive a systematic approach to environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
• Interpret and apply environmental regulations, codes, bylaws, and relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, Organizational Management, or a similar field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Substantial knowledge of environmental permitting and reporting processes.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field of study.
