Environmental Operations Attaché

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of drivers to optimize costs, service quality, and safety.
• Develop team competencies and oversee recruitment, integration, and training.
• Ensure compliance with social regulations, including driving times, breaks, and labor agreements.
• Implement health and safety policies, including the use of PPE and conducting safety briefings.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators and implement corrective measures.
• Organize team workloads while considering regulatory, social, human, and material constraints.
• Adjust activities in real-time to ensure operational fluidity and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, scheduling, and procurement.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in Logistics or Transport (e.g., BTS/DUT).
• At least 3 years of experience in organizing and monitoring transport activities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage field-based events.
