Environmental Monitoring Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring in aseptic manufacturing environments to ensure product quality and compliance with cGMP and GLP standards
• Conduct routine weekly and monthly sampling activities, including viable, non-viable, water, ISO, and batch process monitoring
• Enter and verify environmental monitoring data into computerized systems and review documentation for accuracy
• Author and review monthly and annual data reports
• Maintain environmental monitoring supplies within the Aseptic Processing Area (APA) and QC Laboratory
• Perform aseptic gowning and participate in media filling operations
• Document aseptic observations and provide coaching to Manufacturing Operators

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with one year of relevant experience or training
• Ability to work 3rd shift (2300-0730) with schedule flexibility, including weekends
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and using ladders
• Must not have a penicillin allergy
• Ability to read, understand, and execute instructions in basic site procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain multiple technical proficiencies as dictated by business needs
