Environmental Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the management and implementation of various environmental projects
• Provide engineering support including CAD drafting, design, and project documentation
• Prepare technical reports, water quality calculations, and hydrologic calculations
• Conduct fieldwork on a variety of sites
• Assist staff with research and track the processing of incoming and outgoing project documents
• Attend client meetings and perform construction observation as required

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of college education in environmental sciences or an engineering field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and prioritize diverse assignments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform both field work and office work

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD software
