Requirements
2 years pipeline experience, Independent Contractor status, Driver's license, Safety certifications (First Aid, WHMIS, TDG, Ground Disturbance, Defensive Driving)
About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect field project construction to ensure compliance with environmental plans, procedures, and permits
- Act as the company's authorized representative for environmental compliance
- Provide support to the Environmental Inspector Lead
- Perform right of way (ROW) assessments
- Manage and oversee reclamation work
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of combined academic training, certification, and pipeline experience
- Must be an Independent Contractor (IC) with auto and liability insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Possession of Standard First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, TDG, Ground Disturbance Level 2, and Defensive Driving certifications
- Ability to work a 12 days on/7 days off schedule in Grande Prairie, AB
Preferred Qualifications
- Environmental Technician or Technologist Diploma
- Experience in reclamation work
