Environmental Impact Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability data management program, including the collection and monitoring of environmental data for products and activities.
• Drive the environmental impact measurement program and co-develop impact measurement tools in collaboration with IT and Product departments.
• Track the progress of product Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and contribute to direct execution when required.
• Supervise and mentor the Sustainability Tools & Data team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sustainability data at Salomon and represent the brand within Amer Sports sustainability governance.
• Manage the implementation of environmental labeling and conduct regulatory watch on impact measurement methodologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability data and tools management, ideally within the fashion or outdoor industry.
• Proven expertise in LCA, environmental reporting, and impact measurement tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and numerical rigor.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
