Environmental Impact Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the sustainability data management program, including the collection and tracking of environmental data for products and activities.
• Drive the environmental impact measurement program, including the deployment and maintenance of impact measurement tools.
• Oversee the Sustainability Tools & Data team, providing leadership and supporting skill development.
• Manage Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for products and monitor their progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sustainability data and tools within Salomon and Amer Sports governance bodies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, and external suppliers to integrate impact measurement into operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sustainability data management and tools, ideally within the fashion or outdoor industries.
• Proven expertise in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and environmental reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills and digital rigor.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proficiency in both French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environmental Studies, or Eco-design.
• Experience with specific impact measurement tools (e.g., Glimpact).
