Environmental Impact Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the sustainability data management and environmental impact management programs.
• Oversee the production, collection, and monitoring of environmental data related to products and activities.
• Lead the delivery of environmental impact measurements, including the management of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
• Co-develop and maintain environmental impact measurement tools in collaboration with Product and IT departments.
• Represent sustainability tools and data topics within Salomon and Amer Sports sustainability governances.
• Supervise and mentor the Sustainability Tools & Data team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability data and tools management, ideally within the fashion or outdoor industry.
• Proven expertise in LCA, environmental reporting, and impact measurement tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and numerical rigor.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
