Environmental Impact Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the sustainability data management and environmental impact management programs.
• Oversee the production, collection, and monitoring of environmental data related to products and activities.
• Lead the delivery of environmental impact measurements, including the use of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
• Manage the implementation of product environmental impact measurement tools (e.g., Glimpact).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainability data within Salomon and represent the brand in Amer Sports sustainability governance.
• Supervise and mentor the Sustainability Tools & Data team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability data and tools management, ideally within the fashion or outdoor industry.
• Proven experience with LCA, environmental reporting, and impact measurement tools.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and numerical rigor.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an Engineering School.
• Master's degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Studies, Ecodesign, or Materials with a sustainability specialization.
