Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company health & safety programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and incident investigations
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and documentation
• Coordinate drug testing, TrustLine applications, and Live Scan fingerprinting
• Perform regular safety audits and identify workplace hazards
• Manage relationships with workers’ compensation and safety vendors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in EHS, HR compliance, or workers’ compensation
• Knowledge of OSHA and California workplace safety regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to walk garage depot floors and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or fleet operations
• OSHA certification or other safety-related certification
• Experience managing workers’ compensation claims or drug & alcohol testing programs
