Environmental Health & Safety Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and document operational risks through risk assessment matrices and field involvement.
• Coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective actions to mitigate identified risks in assigned projects and sites.
• Conduct periodic field inspections to proactively identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential health and safety risks.
• Ensure daily operational activities comply with local regulations and Vertiv corporate EHS standards.
• Manage and report EHS operational objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including accident prevention and training completion.
• Oversee the availability and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at project sites.
• Coordinate and deliver technical EHS training and safety talks (toolbox talks) covering topics such as working at heights and electrical safety.
• Participate in incident investigations, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Studies, or a related field with minimum 3 years of EHS experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering with minimum 3 years of EHS experience.
• Professional license, technical registration, or local EHS certification required to practice in the country of operation.
• Basic English proficiency to understand EHS procedures, safety documentation, and training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training or certifications in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management.
• Experience in field-based EHS roles providing support to client-facing projects and operations.
